CHRIS ROCK AND DAVE CHAPPELLE PERFORM STAND-UP TOGETHER IN NYC
Comedy fans got more than a pleasant surprise last night (Feb. 26) when Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle appeared on stage together at the Comedy Cellar in New York City.
Toward the tail-end of Chappelle’s 45-minute set, Rock accompanied the perpetually baked comic on stage. For about an hour, the dynamic duo shot the breeze about everyone from Seth MacFarlane to Jay-Z (Rock texted him) to Kevin Hart and, at one point, dropped voicemail messages for Arsenio Hall and Lenny Kravitz.
The funnymen also discussed possibly doubling up on a tour. According to Comic's Comic, Chappelle quipped: "After next Tuesday, I'm free for like 11 years."
